How the process works:  

1. You would place your order, choose the color and quantity you want.
2. Kiki receive your order~ and I will start putting together your order!

Policy- Very important, please READ carefully!!

1. Returns/refunds are not accepted for the reason of not getting what you wanted. Customer must pay return shipping costs/other fees. If a package is returned and items are damaged, missing, or replaced with something I do not sell, you will not recieve a full refund.
2. I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages and they will not be refunded. Please contact USPS for any concerns about tracking! If the package gets returned to me, I will try to get in contact with you to reship it, but if I can’t, I will refund your order! If tracking shows as delivered, I cannot help you if you did not receive your package.
3. If you entered the wrong address, you have until the order is FULFILLED to change the address. Otherwise, I am not responsible for any package not being delivered due to an incorrect/invalid address.
